We Help Individuals Live Their Best Lives at Home. We Specialize in Providing In-Home and Community Therapy for Individuals with Chronic Illnesses, Recent Surgeries, and Individuals with Dementia and Their Caregivers.

We are a private mobile outpatient clinic serving individuals in Bismarck and Mandan ND, Billings, MT and surrounding areas.

We have grown Innovative Therapy Solutions & Consulting from 1 occupational therapist to a team of 9 therapists and company that now provides occupational, physical, and speech therapy.

Much of that growth has happened because of the incredible team and culture that has been created at Innovative Therapy Solutions & Consulting LLC. Our clients see our therapists as an extension of their families and seek our services time and time again.

We now have a huge client database and we’re looking to add value to our service by bringing on board an occupational therapist to start with a full caseload.

As a result, we are now offering you an opportunity to help us to continue that growth and provide an exceptional customer experience for our clients that goes way beyond what is offered by most health care facilities.

The right person is likely to have been working in a client-facing environment and has a long track record of dealing with clients, answering questions on the phone and in person, overcoming objections based on the value provided and turning inquiries into happy clients.

Responsibilities

Client Satisfaction And Retention – Success in this position is about helping clients stay on schedule so they achieve their transformational outcomes. Strong communication skills and an ability to set client expectations from the start are imperative to helping clients succeed in their transformational journey and ensure they successfully achieve the outcome they came to us for.
Provide A Great Customer Experience – We are much more than a healthcare clinic. A huge part of what we do is creating relationships with clients, helping them know, like, and trust us so they feel welcome and safe during their experience and ultimately become repeat clients for years to come. Your job is to provide all clients with a great experience to stay on schedule and look forward to working with you.
Constantly Improving Therapy & Soft Skills – We believe that continued education is a critical component of a successful therapist. Investing in both skills of trade and soft skills such as communication helps a therapist to become more versatile and able to achieve better results for clients.

Skills Needed For This Position

Be able to communicate with clients the value of service in a way that they can understand why the suggested plan of care is the best solution to solve their problem
Communicate with clients in a way that they can see value in the plan of care – in exchange for their time and money
Willing and able to spot when a client may be disillusioned or confused with their progress (and likely to drop off)
To be able to communicate in such a way that the client can confidently say yes to their plan of care.
To be able to engage with and connect with clients at a personal level that goes way beyond a training outcome
Demonstrates an understanding of what the causes are – and solutions – that could lead to a client dropping off from a plan of care
