Innovative Therapy Solutions & Consulting LLC is a mobile outpatient therapy practice based in North Dakota, specializing in neurological conditions, aging-in-place services, and caregiver education. Founded on the belief that everyone deserves access to personalized, compassionate care, we bring occupational, physical, and speech therapy directly to homes and communities—improving safety, independence, and quality of life.

Our team is dedicated to empowering individuals and families through evidence-based programs, home assessments, and collaborative partnerships with healthcare providers and community organizations. Meet Dr. Megan Dooley, OTD, OTR/L

Founder, Occupational Therapist & IAT Personal/Career Coach

Dr. Megan Dooley is an experienced occupational therapist and the founder of Innovative Therapy Solutions & Consulting LLC. With a doctorate in occupational therapy and advanced certifications in neurological rehabilitation, dementia care, and home modifications, Megan has dedicated her career to improving access to care for individuals and families across the lifespan.

She specializes in mobile outpatient services for those with Parkinson’s disease, brain injuries, and dementia, and is known for her leadership in developing community-based wellness programs. Megan partners with healthcare systems, nonprofit organizations, and state agencies to advance caregiver education, rural healthcare access, and aging-in-place solutions. Her work is grounded in compassion, innovation, and a deep commitment to empowering others to live life on their own terms

Mallorie is a dedicated and compassionate occupational therapist whose passion for working with the geriatric population shines through in everything she does. As a certified Skills2Care provider, Mallorie brings expert knowledge and empathy to support older adults and their families in meaningful, life-enhancing ways. Outside of work, Mallorie enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, watching sporting events, getting lost in a good book, and embracing the outdoors.

Scott grew up in Sturgis, SD. Attended University of Mary where he played soccer and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and went on to earn a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2012. He is certified in Skills2Care® for caregivers of individuals with dementia which assists in providing education and strategies for caregivers of persons with dementia. As well as a certified PWR!Moves therapist(Parkinson’s Wellness Recovery).Scott and his wife, Alison, love to spend time with their two kids Cobi(9) and Edyn(8). Scott also coaches middle school and traveling soccer clubs in town. When not with his family or coaching soccer, Scott enjoys being on the golf course.

Molly has been an OT for 10 years and has developed a strong passion working with the geriatric population, especially individuals living with dementia and Parkinson’s disease. Molly is a certified Skills2Care practitioner and values developing personal and meaningful relationships with her clients and their caregivers in order to provide effective therapy and recommendations to optimize safety and independence in the home. Molly enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cheering on her favorite sports teams, reading a good book, and playing bingo! She has been with the team since August 2022.

Courtney is a physical therapist who specializes in lymphedema treatment and has a passion for working with the geriatric population. Outside of work, she treasures time with her family including her sons, Mac and Crew. Whether it’s cheering on her favorite teams at sporting events or relaxing by the lake, Courtney values every moment with her loved ones. Courtney has been with the team since December of 2022

Joel finds great joy in helping people improve their function through physical therapy, whether it’s for musculoskeletal issues, neurological conditions, or sports-related injuries. It’s truly rewarding to witness the progress that comes from clients’ hard work and dedication. When he’s not working, he loves spending time outdoors hunting, playing with his kids, and coaching soccer.
Joel joined our team in September of 2024.

Baylee is a physical therapist who specializes in treating individuals with neurological conditions and enjoys working with the geriatric population. Baylee enjoys watching people accomplish things they never thought they would be able to do again and being creative with treatment options in rural communities and ranching/farming populations. In her free time she enjoy reading a good book, working outside on the ranch with her husband, Boyd and furbabies, being around our sheep and cattle, and making new discoveries and experiences with our new baby, Ky David. Baylee joined our Montana team in September of 2023.Joel joined our team in September of 2024.
